With this, the film has overtaken the lifetime collection of Sitaare Zameen Par and even crossed Ajay Devgn’s Raid 2. With the Rs 300 crore mark now in sight, the next big benchmark ahead is the Rs 364.35 crore worldwide total of War 2, starring Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR. Written, directed and co-produced by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar brings together a stellar ensemble - Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi. Inspired by real covert operations and India–Pakistan geopolitical conflicts, the film follows Ranveer’s character Hamza Ali Mazari, a spy who infiltrates a dangerous crime cartel in Lyari.
